Our Approach
Fitness Is the Vehicle. Transformation Is the Destination.
SOLIS isn't a workout program. It's a different way of thinking about what fitness is for — and what you're actually capable of.
How We Think
Six Things That Set SOLIS Apart
01
We train for capability, not aesthetics.
The goal is never a smaller number on the scale. The goal is what you can do — the weight you can lift, the stairs you can climb without thinking, the way you feel walking into a room. Aesthetics are a side effect of doing the work. They're not the reason we show up.
02
We prioritize discipline over motivation.
Motivation is a feeling. It comes and goes. Discipline is a practice — it's what you do on the days you don't feel like it. SOLIS is built around building that practice, not chasing a feeling. We help you create systems and habits that work even when life gets hard.
03
We teach independence, not dependency.
The goal of SOLIS coaching is to eventually make itself unnecessary. We want you to understand how your body works, how to program for yourself, how to eat in a way that sustains you — so that you leave coaching more capable than when you arrived, not more reliant on a plan.
04
We meet you where you are.
There is no ideal starting point. Beginners are welcome. Postpartum women are welcome. Women who haven't exercised in years are welcome. We build programs around your actual life — your schedule, your equipment, your season — not a fantasy version of it.
05
Progress is measured in promises kept.
Life comes in seasons. Some seasons are harder than others. We don't measure progress in perfect weeks or unbroken streaks. We measure it in whether you kept showing up — whether you kept the promises you made to yourself, even imperfectly. That's what builds self-trust.
06
No shame. Ever.
There is no place for guilt, shame, or punishment in this program. Food is not a reward or a consequence. Rest is not laziness. Missing a workout is not a moral failure. We build from a foundation of respect — for your body, your time, and your intelligence.
07
Honor the season you're in.
Life isn't lived in perfect routines. Some seasons leave room for four workouts each week. Others leave room for one. Neither determines your worth. Your fitness should adapt to your life instead of forcing your life to revolve around fitness. At SOLIS, we build sustainable habits that can grow with every season you're in.
SOLIS is not about helping women become smaller. It's about helping women stop shrinking themselves.
— The SOLIS Mission
Honest About What We're Not
SOLIS Is Not For Everyone.
And that's okay. SOLIS is not a quick-fix program. It's not a 30-day challenge. It's not a detox, a cleanse, or a summer body plan. If you're looking for rapid results through restriction and punishment, this isn't the right fit. But if you're ready to build something real — something that lasts — we'd love to talk.
